Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：　　　　　　　
In charge of Quality Engineering, Process Quality and Quality Method.　　　
　　　　　　　　　　
RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：　　　　　　　
1.Define the risk during the process of development,define control plan according to FMEA, and push the implementation
of relevant corrective action.　　　　　　　　
2. Organize process audit, participate to equipment qualification,follow up pre-serie and ramp up production, 　
to ensure the smooth launch of new products　　　　　　
3.Analyze and deal with quality issues from production,provide and implement improvement action　
4.Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity　　　　
5.Identifying and recording any quality system problems　　　　　　
6.Ensuring processes and procedures are developed that 　　　　　
7.Balancing quality process goals against business imperative.　　　　
8.Interfacing with customers on quality related issues　　　　　　
9.Assist the QC and WO pillar activity and push WCM to expand in MMGZ　　
10.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements
11.Complete work task delegated by higher leader.　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　
Job Requirement岗位要求：　　　　　　　
1.University graduated, major in electronic Engineering　　　　　　
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in production　
3.The good understanding about ISO9000 and the application experience, ISO/TS16949 is a perference　
4.Good experience in MAF and qualiy management.　　　　　　
5.The good knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, SPC.　　　　　　
6. WCM related pillar's Knowledge and Skills　　　　　　
7. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001　　　　
8. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation　　　　　
9. Good interpersonal skills , strong business sense and team player　　　　
10. Good command of English
