Purpose of position 职 位 定 义：  

The establishment of testing specification and maintenance of testing equipment.  

RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述：  

1.Define the right process of testing and prepare the relevant documentation.  

2. Train operators and maintenance technician for failure analysis and reparation of testing equipment.  

3. Define and provide the preventive maintenance planning for testing machine and ensure the supplying of spare parts.  

4.Suggest and realise the intervention for continues improvement of testing system(HW &SW) and optimize the testing  

capability.  

5. Participate in definition and development of testing specification for new products..  

6. Prepare the investment proposal and relevant sudy about testing equipment.  

7.Develop and upgrade the SW of testing equipments, ensuring the precision, repetibility and CpK of testing equipment  

conformed to the specification.  

8.Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001,TS 16949 requirements  

9.Complete work task delegated by higher leader.  

10. Study and development test plan and specification according to R&D documentation.  

11. Development the MMGZ statndard test equipment  

Job Requirment 岗位要求：  

1.University graduated, major in computer science or electronics  

2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Manufacturing Company in Testing  

3. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in testing equipment design and maintenance.  

4.Good skill of software: Labview and test stand  

5. Knowledg and skills about OHSAS 18001, ISO 16949, ISO 14001  

6. Familiar with PC operation and Office Software operation  

7. Good interpersonal skills  

8. Good electronic knowledge.
