URGENT POSITION!!
Report to: Process Mgr.
Responsibilities:
NEW PRODUCT
- Member of the offer team he participates to the realization of the pre-initiative providing the industrial plant quotation according the RFQ
- Member of the development team he participates to the product conception in accordance with the production process. He creates the contract book with the industrial team.
- Leader of the new product industrialisation, he leads the industrialisation team composed by the different operation departments. He plans with the team the necessary actions for the product industrialisation and next production with the target to respect the different constraint of cost, quality, timing, and especially :
- Choice, set up and validation of the production means respecting the investments budget.
- Realization of the PFMEA (with the support of the industrialisation team), planification and follow-up of the corrective actions.
- Planification and follow-up of the primary parts purchasing.
- Documentation realization (working instruction…).
- Planification follow-up and result (synthesis) of the pre serial.
- Planification, follow-up and results (synthesis) of the serial production.
- Needed corrective actions identification, planification and follow-up in order to reach the quality, cost and timing targets.
- Respect the rules in order to ensure that the process is in line with the environment and security constraints

AFTER SOP PHASE (On going products)
- Industrialisation team leader, the Process Engineer pilot the modification launch according the customer requests or necessary in order to improve the industrial costs (material, MOD) and/or quality.
- participate to the industrialisation in order to analyze the quality defects
- Respect the rules in order to ensure that the process is in line with the environment and security constraints

Qualification
Qualification / required experience
- Engineer degree, Master degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years work experience in project management or product industrialization
- Familiar with the automotive industry
- Familiar with automotive quality standard

Purpose of position:
In the certain products family, To assist with R&D to guarantee a successful new products transfer/launching in the new projects, to involve in the new project development, to satisfy new products production as well as achieve the company's mission.

Job Responsibilities:
- New products design involved;
- Lead and work for new project form PR1 to PR3 phases
- Responsible related project's machine specification, acceptance and maintenance;
- Responsible for new product's process cycle time analyses and optimilizing;
- Arrange Technical Document/ Drawings and training affairs;
- Work/work with team leader for new project initiatives proposal and following;
- Supporting function Leader in plant facilities maintenance and development;
- Working with the cross function teams of the company
- Take the other job which supervisor temporally assigned in a certain periods

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree. in mechanical or related field or above;
- With knowledge and experience on machining, CNC, hydraulic/pneumatic control a plus;
- Minimum three-year machine technology experience in manufacturing plant;
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is must;
- Others: project management skill, teamwork sprite.
