RESPONSIBILITIES
- Base on the bank policy and guideline, provide non-stop credit card transaction authorization service to cardholders & merchants meeting the minimum services standard
Real time monitor suspicious transactions of all credit card and debit cards to identify fraud activities, conduct verification through quality telephone service

- Provide related prevention service to stop potential fraud activities

- Take part in related system testing and implementation

- 遵照既定的信用政策及规范，提供快速高质服务处理商户的信用卡授权请求和查询

- 实时监测可疑交易，并透过优质的电话服务, 核实信用卡客户的帐户资料及交易

- 提供相关预防措施阻止潜在的诈骗性行为和使用企图

- 协助进行相关系统测试工作

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree with at least 4+ year of related experience in Banking/Credit card Center or related field

- Fluent Chinese language and basic oral English language ability to communicate with foreign customer

- Willing to work on shift duties to provide 24hr*7days service, including Public Holidays

- Good analytical & problem solving skill, highly effective communication & interpersonal skill and computer skill

- Disciplined, hardworking, self-motivated and good team-player

- Persistent and able to work under pressure

- 大学以上学历具有4年以上银行或信用卡服务经验及相关行业经验者优先考虑

- 能讲流利普通话及英语，英语四级以上者优先考虑

- 愿意24小时轮班工作，包括节假日

- 具分析及解决问题能力, 良好的沟通能力及良好的电脑技能

- 勤奋上进，有自律性及团队合作精神

- 能适应在压力环境下工作
