Job description:
1.This position is a South China position, locate in Guangzhou.
2.This position will be responsible for all legal issues of South China zone companies and/or branches, say mainly Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Xiamen, Hongkong and Taiwan.
3.This position will provide day-to-day legal support to all levels of management with Director level, functional leaders and managers.
4.The position will provide legal support over a wide range of legal and commercial areas, including:
?Product manufacturing regulations, say environment law, specific manufacturer licenses etc.
?Product purchasing, say supplier opening procedure, risk analysis, purchase contract, supplier relationship management, supplier relationship argument etc.
?Import & export, say knowledge of Processing trade, Free Trade Zone, Custom rules and regulations, warehouse and transportation contracts etc.
?other commercial contracts
?corporate structure and secretarial management/support
?labor
?insurance
?internal investigation
?crisis management
?government relationship
It will include support to Compliance in establishing, maintaining and monitoring corporate policies in these areas.
5. Manage litigation cases, by self or via the outside counsel as well.
6. Manage some intellectual property enforcement actions in conjunction with headquarter and external counsel.
7. Identifying, anticipating and mitigating legal risks in China;
8 give the legal trainings to colleagues among the company

Functional manager: China Legal Manager
Location: Guangzhou
Requirement:
-Bachelor degree, major in law (commercial law, company law, civil law, contract law…)
-pass China Bar Exam
-3 years legal job experiences, with at least 1 year experience in law firm
-some finance/tax/accounting knowledge could be plus
-English speaking and writing, must
-could accept to mobile for short term (2~3 years) in other cities (Shanghai) of China
-with business sense
-self-motivated
