Job Description:

1. To take the fully responsibility for the Distribution Services and Transcon department’s Profit and Lost.

2. To oversee the business operations of the Distribution Services and Transcon department for providing quality services local & global customers, and meet the regional and global quality requirement.

3. To develop Distribution Services and Transcon product’s sales and marketing plans to promote CAN airport gateway function and also develop air business.

4. To set up pricing strategy for each target and existing customer to ensure account productivity to meet company’s expectation.

5. To manage the service providers including warehouse, trucking company and 3rd party broker to ensure they meet out service expectations

6. To communicate with Regional Office for industry and market update, and implement regional and global air strategies for business development.

7. To meet with overseas visitor, joint call with sales team and CAM team to establish business relationship with customer, and explore potential / new business opportunities.

8. To oversee the customer retention program to maintain good relationship with customers and work with sales team or CAM for business penetrations from existing customer

9. To provide market information and prepare statistics reports for management’s decision.

10. To conduct staff appraisal and make recommendations on annual salary adjustment and also ensure the implementation of personal development plan for all subordinates.
11. To supervise and provide on-the-job training to subordinates to ensure that policies and procedures are strictly followed, and ensure daily within the dept performed effectively and efficiently.

12. To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs


The Qualification:

1 University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Or College Graduate with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience;

2 Master’s Degree preferred; Good command of English and Chinese;

3 Good business acumen and customer-oriented professionalism are important; Integrity and teamwork.
