Main Job Responsibilities 主要职责
-Investigate local product market and needs, understand customer’s needs, find potential opportunity of product improvement and innovation, predict the market trend
-研究当地产品市场，了解客户需求，发现创新或改进产品的潜在机会,对市场发展趋势进行预测
-Make analysis for product configuration, performance, quality and price etc., make comparison with other brands, provide the proposal on company strategy and the product R&D direction
-分析管理产品特征、性能、质量、价格等，并对产品的主要品牌进行跟踪分析，为公司整体发展战略和产品研发方向提供建议
- Responsible for improving the product and application knowledge of sales team
-负责提高销售团队产品知识和应用的技术能力
-Responsible for communication between factory and local sales team on the product price and technology etc.
-负责工厂与当地销售团队在产品价格与技术等方面的沟通
-Work with global profolio manager on testing product performance, collecting product application feedback etc.
-配合全球产品经理进行产品性能测试，收集产品应用反馈等
-Develop and manage local product materials according to local needs
-根据地区需求建立并管理产品的相关资料库
-Work with Marketing to plan and execute product marketing activities, provide product support for other departments.
-配合市场部组织实施产品营销宣传活动，为相关部门提供支持
Requirements职位要求：
-University Degree with major in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering or Fluid hydraulics
-环境工程、机械工程、流体力学或相关专业本科学位
-Good knowledge of water and wastewater treatment equipment and process, including pumps, mixers, aerators, compressors and monitoring equipment
-深度了解各类清水与污水处理设备及其工艺, 包括潜污泵，潜水搅拌器，推流器，曝气器，潜水曝气机，鼓风机及监控设备等。
-More than 8 year work experience including 5 year of related industrial background
-8年以上工作经验，其中至少5年相关行业的工作经验
-Familiar with AUTO CAD
-熟练使用AUTOCAD
-Familiar with CFD
-熟悉CFD计算流体力学
-Good command of spoken and written English
-良好的英文读写能力
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-良好的人际交往和沟通能力
-Teamwork spirit, proactive and independent work ability
-团队合作精神、工作具有独立性、主动性
-Frequent business trip is needed
-需经常出差
