Assistant Manager, Compliance Ops - 合规营运副经理(晚班)

Job Duties:

- Ensure all PLA targets are met on SCDM work;

- Distribute workloads equally within the assigned processing team;

- Be a SPOC for Business Partner;

- Be responsible for correctness of work delivered and reporting;

- Prevent operational losses through oversight and effective control;

- Able to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective decisions on a wide range of issues;

- Be able to identify the reasons impacting the volumes and proactively communicate to the business partners on the timelines associated with such impact also keeping the management informed;

- Instruction request are correctly interpreted and fully undertaken;

- All instructions are timely indexed and worked;

- High quality processing services is provided by the assigned processing team in accordance with - SLA and proposition;

- Distribution of workload within the assigned processing team;

- Process update provided to all team members on time;

- Coaching other team members where applicable (newbies);

- Actively cooperate with Team Leader on people and process development and optimizations;

- Supervision on processing of customer applications;

- Approving/verification of all relevant instructions;

- Regular IT issues monitoring and review;

- Focus on elimination of issues;

- EOD checking, process control and reporting.

Requirements:

- Analytical skills;

- Well spoken and written English;

- Very high attention to detail;

- Leadership experience/proven potential;

- Reliability, cohesiveness and integrity;

- Ability to take initiative;

- Ability to learn;

- Work from Mon to Fri, 16:00 to 01:00.
