1. 负责前程无忧华南地区人事外包业务的销售工作；
2. 开发和发掘目标客户的人事外包需求并提出有针对性的整体人事外包解决方案，确保销售目标完成；
3. 维护、巩固、提升客户关系，深入挖掘原有客户的人事外包需求；
4. 及时搜集、反馈客户意见和建议，积极协调内外资源，提高客户满意度；
5. 与客户及公司财务人员保持良好沟通，控制应收款额度，确保销售款项回笼。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，1年以上直接客户销售经验；
2. 良好的销售意识和沟通技巧，具有较强的谈判能力和影响力；
3. 较强的人际交往能力，善于处理各种客户关系；
4. 积极热情、敬业爱岗、学习能力强，良好的抗压能力。
