Role and Responsibilities:
? Work with team to develop strategic marketing plans on actionable items such as market segmentation, market research,
product marketing, pricing and branding.
? Collect market intelligence and provide recommendation to marketing leader and business leader for appropriate reactions.
? Perform product portfolio optimization based upon competitive dynamics, customer impact, and financial impact. Conducts
VOC/VOB and market research to identify customer needs and translate needs into product development plans.
? Analyze business performance and identify significant variances impacting performance versus plan. Help country leader to
design and implement corrective actions to address gaps in growth and profitability.
? Design & implement marketing programs including NPI launch campaigns, dealer programs, A&D engagement programs, and
seminars.
? Work with MC to increase Corian® brand awareness and customer loyalty. Provide support to communication campaigns and
sales tools development.
? Work on POIs to support sustainable business growth.
? Collaborate with BD team to breakthrough and penetrate target commercial segments.

Skills Required:

? Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. MBA will be preferred
? Solid marketing knowledge and experience in marketing and business development, with at least 3 years working experience
in relevant areas.
? Strong business acumen and good analytical skills.
? Positive & responsible attitude, highly dependable, organized and ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong team
player with excellence track records of collaboration
? Good oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills (including ease of making public presentations). Able to
communicate, relate and interact effectively with people from different culture and background
? Languages: Proficient in English & Mandarin, both writing and speaking.
