职位描述
1、Lead the local finance team to plan and executive all finance related activities. A key position to assist and support local management team.
主持公司财务部门的日常工作；支持协助合资公司管理层的重要岗位。

2、In the 50-50 JV setup, the chief accountant will report to GM of the JV, and be responsible for the interest of both JV partners (Tarsus + Mr Li), and responsible for the communication in between.
在50-50的合资公司架构下，主管会计需要向合资公司总经理汇报，对双方股东权益负责，并在股东间的沟通上发挥重要作用。

3、Review, check, guide and arrange the work of the cashier. Cashier of the JV is reporting to this position.
审查，核查，指导，安排出纳人员的工作。合资公司的出纳向此职位汇报。

4、Set up, implement and monitor the finance control system and procedures, according to the operating strategy of the business. Improve the finance system and working process.
结合公司的经营政策，组织编制各项财务管理制度，建立内控系统，并监督执行，完善财务管理体系的搭建；

5、Execute the AOA, resolutions, policies and internal control procedures. Produce internal control reports according to the internal control procedures.
严格执行合资公司的章程，决议，各项政策，及内控制度。完成各项内控报告。

6、Establish and continuously improve the accounting system and structure. Establish and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting system and set up the executing and control mechanism accordingly.
建立、改进、完善财务核算体系以及预算管理体系，建立相应的执行、控制机制；

7、Under the guidance of JV management team, coordinate the annual budget and quarterly forecast process with business functions, and ensure the quality of budget and forecast.
在合资公司管理层的领导下，协调各业务部门进行年度预算和季度预测，并确保数据的质量。

8、With good cooperation with functional heads and GM to the JV, closely monitor the sales and costs development of the business, and timely report relevant information to JV management and Tarsus finance department, and make suggestions of improvement.
紧密跟踪销售和成本的趋势，定期分析预算执行差异产生的原因，及时向合资公司管理层，塔苏斯财务部门和相关部门供相关信息，并提出合理化建议；

9、Timely bookkeeping, and allocate costs per projects.
及时记帐，并将成本按项目核算。

10、Produce monthly management accounts of JV management and both JV partners according to both PRC and IFRS rules.
根据中国会计准则和国际会计准则，向合资公司管理层及双方股东进行月度财务报告，

11、Tax filing and tax reporting.
报税及汇算清缴。

12、Coordinate annual local statuary audit and Group audit.
协调年度本地审计及集团审计。

13、Cash flow management. Coach the cashier on cash reporting and forecast.
资金的管控和报告。制定公司资金需求计划，指导出纳完成现金周报和月报和现金预测。

14、Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
开展内外的沟通与协调工作。

岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or Business
财会、金融、经济、管理等相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 5+ years of relevant finance experience and preferably 2+ years’ experience in a managerial position.
五年以上财务工作经验，优先考虑两年以上的管理工作经验者；

3. Be familiar with finance, accounting and taxation regulations in China, and basic knowledge of IFRS. CPA or ACCA member preferred;
熟悉国家财税政策、精通相关财税法律法规，对国际会计准则有一定的了解。 CPA， ACCA或相关证书者优先。

4. Experience on setting up and implementing finance controls and accounting procedures
有企业财务制度内控制度及流程建立和推行经验；

5. Experience on financial planning and analysis, i.e. budgeting, forecasting, variation analysis and cost control.
很强的财务预算，预测，成本控制和财务分析的能力；

6. Professional values and integrity.
良好的职业道德；

7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g. Kingdee).
熟练使用office办公软件（Excel，Word 等）、财务软件 （金蝶）
