The Responsibilities associated with the role includes:
？ Microsoft solution for system management SCCM 2012 (Operational management and maintenance of the SCCM infrastructure / Release Management and distribution/Security Distribution (SUM)/Asset management and License control)
？ Microsoft solution for system monitoring SCOM (monitoring and alerting)
？ MDT (Massive Deployment Toolkit)
？ App-V and Application Re-packaging
？ Windows 7/8/10 and major desktop application
？ Mars Inc Desktop/ laptop architecture design and specification
Personal Profile
？ Entry level, 2 years’ experience working in an infrastructure support.
？ Good local and English language skills both verbal and written.
？ Able to quickly pickup and handle the new technology, architectures and concepts.
？ Seeks ways of improving and adapting day to day departmental activities and will actively seek authority to implement them.
？ Problem solving
？ Be able to work with little supervisory.
？ Communication skills

Technical Experience
？ MCITC
？ ITIL
？ SCCM 2007/2012
？ VBS/Powershell scripting
？ Windows 7/8/10 OS management
？ MS SQL & AD skills

Additional skills (‘Nice to haves’):
？ Knowing a broad range of Microsoft technologies e.g. DNS/DHCP, SCOM, GPO
？ Good interpersonal skills including an ability to work well with people from different culture and companies.
