职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the operational activities (such as notification, Time log collection, reporting, payment details preparation and invoicing, system maintenance, asset management, meeting minutes record, etc.)
2. Provide Admin support to the operation staffs (including permanent staff, subcontractor) and make & file the report & records: such as T&E, monthly scheduler & report, group cellphone management
3. Be contact window, taking charge of communication within Bus
4. Follow up corrective/ preventive actions and archive documents and records
5. Keep Proposal & Contract files and make sure the completion of entire project files
6. BU purchasing ( including frame, special paper, photo, computer) and other tasks assigned by company
7. Back office management, such as Siebel monitoring, stamp management, PPE management and distribution
8. Maintaining internal and external communication
9. Provide ADM support to the operation staffs and documented the report & records
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. English is fluent both in spoken and written
3. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Energetic and hard working, Good communication skills
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, self-driven and pragmatic
