Accountabilities & Responsibilities/职责描述:

对外协加工厂的生产进行监控，确保生产在卫生的条件下按SOP进行
Conduct Production monitoring against SOP and Hygiene requirement
对产品批记录进行检查，核实记录的准确性
Verify production records from raw material to finished goods to ensure accuracy
对产品加工环境进行检查，及时发现潜在危害点并促进改进
Inspect production environment to identify potential hazards and drive corrective actions
对产品的追溯体系进行检查
Verify traceability on-site
对过程产品的取样进行监控
Supervising the raw material/WIP/FG sampling
对Co-packer进行Process Compliance审核
Conduct Monthly Process Compliance audit
跟进不合格品的处理，跟进改进措施以及有效性的验证
Follow handling of non-conforming product and corrective action
监控质量执行情况，每月完成质量指标KPI的数据报告
Report data of relevant external factory per KPI request
对消费者投诉做调查及原因分析，并跟进改进措施以及有效性的验证
Participate root cause analysis of consumer plan and follow up the implementation of corrective action by external factory
负责生产异常情况的调查及分析，并跟进改进措施以及有效性的验证
Participate root cause analysis of abnormal production and follow up the implementation of corrective action by external factory


Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities/学历，胜任力及能力:

大学本科学历，食品、生物、化学、制药等专业
Bachelor degree of food science or related
3年或以上从事食品、药品行业质量控制相关的工作经验
3 year or above working experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacture
有执行过GMP，HACCP，ISO22000/9001的的经验
Experience of GMP, HACCP and ISO22000/9001 implementation
能够长期出差( >50% 工作时间)
Be able to travel >50 % working time
有很好的自我管理能力，影响他人的能力
Strong self- management and influential capability
