行政前台（急聘!!!!)
岗位职责：
1、公司前台接待、电话转接、会议筹备、快递收发；
2、公司办公环境维护、办公用品和固定资产的购置、管理和派发；
3、员工月度考勤统计、员工入离职手续办理；
4、协助上级领导处理各项日常行政外联事务；
5、领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
大专及以上学历，人力资源，文秘公关、行政管理相关专业优先；
形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备商务礼仪常识，熟悉办公室日常行政工作及事务；
熟练使用计算机办公软件及设备操作，有费用核算经验者优先；
会简单的英语口语（负责接听国外客户电话）；
具备良好的口头、书面表达能力及协调沟通能力；
工作地点： 亚运村盘古大观
