1.熟悉多线程并发技术和异步调用技术，并有相关经验
2.熟悉消息总线如 Active MQ等
3.熟练使用Maven工具构建项目
4.熟练使用SVN进行项目版本控制
5.熟练多种Java应用服务如用tomcat,jboss,weblogic的使用，并能进行Java程序的开发和部署
6.熟悉XML的应用开发
7.熟悉linux的基本命令
