岗位职责：
负责呼叫中心员工管理， 制度完善，根据公司发展实际情况，调整和完善项目内部的管理流程和规范；
管理呼叫中心客服部整体业务运营，包含呼入呼出电话， 监督呼叫中心现场管理、合理调配客服、坐席资源，监控运营质量，不断提升运营能力；
人员的面试、入职手续办理、离职手续办理；
员工团队建设；
任职条件：
大专或以上学历；
2年以上呼叫中心管理经验，熟悉呼叫中心运作流程；
具有优秀的客户处理技巧和经验；
具备优良的计算机基础知识和操作技能，能熟练使用Office办公软件；
标准的五险一金；
