呼叫中心质检专员
工作地点：三元桥
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、2年以上客服工作经验，1年以上呼叫中心质检经验优先；
3、能熟练掌握Word、Excel等办公软件；
4、有良好的团队合作精神以及沟通表达能力，有责任心，做事主动积极，敢于担当。
岗位职责：
1.根据业务流程和质量要求制定呼叫中心的质量控制规范；
2.按规定完成抽样监听、评分工作，并收集整理监听中发现的问题，形成质量监听分析报告；
3.定期对监听收集的素材整理编写案例分析；
4.配合呼叫中心经理整理每月业务考试题，并进行监督；
5.提出质量提升的改善建议及措施，提高呼叫中心业务水平；
6.按时完成上级交付的其他临时工作任务；
