呼叫中心客服主管
工作地点： 马驹桥 & 亦庄
呼叫中心客服服务小组的领导和项目执行。
岗位职责：
1、电话呼入客户咨询， 产品订单的疑问解答；
2、订单确认于核对；
3、维修客户的电话服务回访；
4、完成客服部其他工作事宜。
任职资格：
1、20-28岁，大专及以上学历，一年以上相关客户服务工作经验；
2、对网站产品有一定了解，有相关网站维护经验者优先；
3、具有良好的团队协作能力，有较强的客户服务意识及独立解决问题的能力。需要有带领团队的经验；
工作时间：
1、周一至周五8:30—17:30，周六周日休息。
2、国家法定节假日休息。
