职位描述
1．精通Java，有3年以上java web项目开发经验,具有扎实的Java编程功底和良好的编码习惯，对Java设计模式有相关的理论知识和使用经验；
2. 精通web mvc框架，熟悉JSP/Servlet、JavaScript、Ajax、extjs、Jquery等WEB开发技术，熟悉spring，Struts2和ibatis（Hibernate）等主流的开发框架；
3. 熟悉Tomcat或JBoss应用服务器的应用部署和配置；
4. 熟练掌握Oracle数据库技术和数据库连接池技术；
5. 熟悉XML/JSON的应用开发；
6. 有独立应对和解决技术问题的能力；
7. 学习能力强，善于沟通。
