电商副总裁
工作地点： 北京
整合PC端、移动端和线下连锁店的运营管理协同工作；
从O2O融合方向，充分挖掘集团及各大区的联动点，做到全国一体；
对国内外行业充分调研，设定突破性的业务规划及实施方案并推进执行；
理顺整体的运营与对接流程，建立适合公司的运营标准，不断优化各类指标的效果；
提升整体的运营效率和销售规模，在垂直领域中能够建立标杆和可复制的成功模型。
要求：
性别、年龄要求：性别不限，30-45周岁
教育背景：本科以上学历
工作经验：15年以上相关行业经验，至少5年以上大型集团企业，或行业领军企业线上运营或线下运营综合管理经验，具有O2O模式成功经验。 （5年经验合适）
必备的知识与技能：电子商务运营管理、连锁店管理、行业知识。
素质要求：身体素质良好，能够承担高强度的工作压力，具有创新和突破的能力，对行业发展趋势有深入的认知和良好的预见性，追求卓越。
