职位描述
Job Description:
1. New product development or product improvement;
2. Components selection for gear, gearbox, motor etc. with suppliers;
3. Communicate with suppliers and HQ for all technical issues;
4. Capability of design jigs , setup, operation of key components testing;
5. Project follow up to ensure project implementation;
6. Support SCM for localization;
7. Daily communication with HQ R&D team;
Requirement:
1. Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above;
2. Experience: More than 5 years Mechanical background, familiar with mechanical design, motor, gear, gearbox or related industry is preferred
3. Strong problems solving and analysis capability
4. Good computer skills in Microsoft office,2D/3D-Autocad
5. Good teamwork spirit
6. Language Skills: fluent Written and Oral English Skills (German is preferred);
