JD of Finance Manager
This position is responsible for all finance and accounting of the Guangzhou company, including tax and customs related affairs. Report to CEO directly.
此职位将负责广州公司的全盘财务业务工作，包括税务及客户相关事务。直接向CEO汇报。
Finance Manager ensures all reports to China authorities are correct and in time.
向政府部门及时准确地报送相关文件。
Finance Manager keeps overview of all the processes of the Finance Department. Prepare payment proposal and enter payments in electronic banking system, update cash book and post transactions in system.
负责财务部门的整体运营，做出付款计划，网银支付管理，更新现金流报表，及时录入系统。
Send invoice to all the clients, follow up with Accounts Receivable globally. Prepare overdue Accounts Receivables report. Credit control.
负责向客户发出付款通知，跟进应收账款，分析应收账款超龄报告，进行必要信用控制。
Prepare periodic reports for tax authorities。Monthly and quarterly tax return in time.
定期向税务部门提交报告，及时进行纳税申报。
Post salary cost in electronic banking system and online Xero accounting system.
工资网银支付，及时录入相关财务系统。
Enter data in UF system for monthly reporting to management team. Responsible for month end closing
及时录入凭证及财务月结。
Check balance sheet and P&L statement at month end closing for errors before reporting to management team.
每月报表上报管理组。
Keep up to date with latest developments in financial reporting

University graduate (at least bachelor of accountancy)

Work experience: 5-8 years, preferably also a few years in General Tax Payer
5年以上工作经历，一般纳税人操作经验必须
Specific knowledge: up to date with latest developments and regulations regarding Guangzhou financial reporting standards, IFRS reporting standards, China(tax) laws (including Revenue Code and Commercial Code), payment regulations and other relevant rules and regulations.
具体知识： 了解最新国家财经法规，国内最新法规，支付条例及相关经济法律常识。
