Job Description:

Expense Review the expense request, analyze monthly expense checking.

Capex Support the investment approval process, track and review capex spending;

Reports a.Ensure reports' on-time delivery and accuracy

b.Review or modify reports'methodology and format to seek for improvement

Forecast Implement the quarterly Expense, Capex forecast

Policy & procedure Set-up or modify policies & procedures to improve inventory management & costing analysis

Procedure & policy improvement Base on the practice, raise advice or suggestion on the inventory/scrap/costing procedures or policies

Audit Prepare year-end audit file and assist external audit process

Participate in the internal financial control, i.e. prepare internal audit and action plans follow up

Adhoc assignments Complete the adhoc assignments

Job Requirements:

Good skill in office software

Familiar with SAP systems

Initiative working attitude

Ability to manage daily jobs under stress and efficiently

Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics; qualified Accountant.

At least 3 years of costing experience in multi-national companies,can work in English environment.

Good communication skill and team spirit, accountable and responsible
