-For our Energy Sector in Guangzhou,we are looking for a Commercial Officer 商务专员

What are my responsibilities?

-By aiming to achieve the best financial result of the responsible business operational areas, this position performs responsibilities in commercial functions including but not limited to sales, project management, contract management as well as financial

-Prepare commerical Offer or commercial Bidding document to customer;

-Fulfill LoA process;

-Negotiation with customers and suppliers for commercial Terms and Conditions; Conclude Contract and Purchase Order;

-Commerical project management including but not limited to booking in SAP, following up the payment and delivery as well as all commercial aspects stipulated in the Contract and Purchase Order;

-Order Cost Controlling and Project Reporting;

-Cash management;

-Financial opportunity / risk management;

-Financial Budgeting / Forecasting / Controlling / Reporting;

-Support OO for all commercial aspects;

-Internal / External Process related tasks;

-Other assignments required by superior;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-MS Office, SAP

-Division technology (product and system)

-Siemens internal cooperation regarding contract management

-Project management

-Shipping and customs processing (customs, taxes, shipping, shipping routes)

-Minimum 3 years working experience in business administration and financial area

-Has EHS sense and knowledge

-Bachelor and above major in accounting, business administration, international trade etc.

-Good at English

-Corporate functions such as Accounting service, Legal service, etc.

-Other departments in Energy Sector.

-Operating Companies in Energy Sector.

External:
