Shared Services Center
Our Asia Pacific Shared Services Center (SSC) will be established in March/April 2015 to centralize our company’s accounting and controlling activities, on the grounds of Schick Plant in Guangzhou. The Shared Services Center will support delivery of services to the markets including general ledger management, tax, treasury and statutory reports.


Key Responsibilities:
1.GL Accounting Support
-Provide GL accounting support including managing the efficient operation of the allocated legal entities banking arrangements
-Day to day account management, bank reconciliations and ERP system accounting processes
2.Financial Accounting and Reporting
-Assist with the provision of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for responsible legal entities in accordance with local GAAP and US GAAP
-Assist in the development of working capital & legal forecasts, statutory accounts and management reporting
3.Internal Controls
-Ensure internal controls are robust to enable timely detection of fraud and errors
-Mitigate the risk of fraud and errors to ensure the integrity and timeliness of Financial Accounting information
4.Compliance
-Ensure that all supported legal entities comply with all external and internal requirements
5.Balance Sheet Management
-Assist in ensuring that adequate processes, controls and reports are in place to enable the business to manage Controllable Working Capital
-Ensure all balance sheets accurately reflect each legal entities assets and liabilities, and all balances can be properly supported
6.Process and Systems
-Assist in the review and development of existing systems, tools and processes to ensure Internal Controls are effective
-Ensure the integrity of financial information, and that services provided to the business are efficient and cost effective
7.Audit, Statutory and Taxation
-Assist in the management of the Annual Audit process to ensure efficient and timely filing of all statutory reporting obligations

Requirement:
1.College or University degree in accounting or economic relevant disciplines
2.10 Years related working experience
3.Good accounting and tax knowledge
4.MS Office skill
5.Good verbal and written English
6.With qualified accounting certifications
