Responsibilities

- Personally participate day-to-day overall detailed accounting, costing and tax activities in accordance with the organization accounting policies and procedures
- Lead monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, take the lead in resolving issues
- perform G/L, Costing, B/S, P/L, tax review, to mitigate any potential risk before send out to subsidiary companies, group finance and government
- Ensure accurately and timely management and statutory reporting preparation
- Review account reconciliation between group information manual and China GAAP, to ensure the quality for the preparation, and identify the accounting process can be improved.
- Assist to prepare costing budget to subsidiary companies if need
- Be in charge of company ERP system (process design and improvement)
- Sustain a learning and customer-oriented culture and organization that facilitate operation and customer (internal and external) needs best.
- Provide appropriate accounting coaching and mentoring for team members
- Liaise with local auditors, SAFE and tax authority to carry out required company audit, foreign currency and tax activities
- Oversee and lead annual physical inventory count and the quarterly cycle counts
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required





Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years plus working experience in multinational company, 4 years above manufacture costing experiences, 2 years above in junior management position
- Solid finance operation knowledge, ERP implementation, export tax refund and handbook process experience is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional attitude, very good team player
- Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English), CET 6 required
- Stable, learning attitude, Self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
