Major Accountabilities ：

1.Software Configuration & Build Management engineer responsible for leading Software Configuration Management (SCM) and Continuous Integration (CI) improvement projects for the corporation, working with multi-site configurations and process across multiple regions. Work with various R&D groups across the company to gather SCM and CI process requirements. Provide project management as well as technical direction for the implementation/ improvement of SCM and CI processes and tools.
2.Provide/present consulting services and user training associated with SCM and CI deployment and use.
3.Provide/present consulting service and user training for ALM platform (Rally) deployment and use.
4.Provide administration and user support for ALM (Rally), SCM (SVN, Clearcase, Git), CI (Jenkins) and other tools for global users.
5.Drive the adoption of standard Engineering IT tools and processes within the corporation.

Requirements：

? Education, Professional experience（教育背景）:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
2.At least 3 years experience in Configuration and Build Management or Continuous Integration, including process definition and optimization.

?Technical knowledge（专业技能）:
1.Strong knowledge of SCM & CI tools (Subversion/GIT/Clearcase) and processes (e.g. build, release, change control) is a MUST.
2.Knowledge on General IT infrastructure (Windows Server OS, Network, Firewall, Database, SQL) is a MUST.
3.Knowledge on one of software development methodologies (Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall) is a MUST.
4.Programming experience with at least one script (VB Sript, Shell script, Perl) is a MUST.
5.Green/Black Belt and or Lean Process improvement experience is a big plus.
6.Experience with Scrum Master and Agile project management is a big plus.
7.Strong technical experience in CI tools (Jenkins) is a big plus.
8.Programming experience with Ruby is a big plus
9.Programming experience with packaging tool (e.g. InstallShield) is a big plus.
10.Supporting experience with one of tools (ClearQuest, QualityCenter, DOORS) is a big plus.
11.Programming experience with one of languages (C#.NET, C++, java) is a plus.
12.Experience on Unix is a plus.
