Purpose of the Job:

Be responsible for internal and external training courses according to company’s requirements. 根据公司要求负责内部和外部的培训课程的设计及实施。

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Dig and analyze the training demand of dealers. 挖掘和分析经销商的培训需求；
Design training courses & professional training materials to both dealers and sales; including the audiology, product knowledge, and fitting skill etc. 开发适合经销商和销售团队的培训课程及专业培训材料，包括听力学、产品知识、验配技能等；
- Deliver advanced audiology, products & commercial training course; 设计先进的听力学、产品和商业培训课程；
- Provide strong support and direction to dealers on products and selling, including hearing aids and related equipment in debugging. 为经销商和销售团队提供强有力的专业支持和指导，包括助听器方面和相关听力设备调试等。
- Product promotion in fitting shop for dealers. 经销商店内促销；
- Competitors’ products features and benefits analysis. 竞争对手的产品特点和性能分析和软件；
- Translate related documents of our new products from HQ. 能翻译总部新产品的相关文件；
- Other assignments by superior. 其他上级布置的工作。


Qualifications:
- Above bachelor’s degree, major in audiology or E.N.T. preferred. 本科以上学历，主修听力学或耳鼻喉科专业。
- 1-3 years experience in HA industry.1-3年经验助听器行业。
- Strong professional knowledge and communication skills较强的专业知识和沟通技巧。
- Willingness to perform and result orientation良好的绩效，以结果为导向。
- Creativity and ability to change有创新精神。
