岗位职责：

-独立完成人力资源调研、薪酬项目的咨询、服务方案设计及项目实施；
-做好客户需求的调研分析，完成个性化产品及服务方案的制定；
-开拓客户商机，做好项目销售全过程推进；

-完成业绩目标、完成销售任务；

-配合销售人员建立并维护客户档案，跟进客户关系，持续挖掘客户商机。

任职要求：
-本科学历，至少一年的售前销售支持、售后服务经验；

-能编写设计服务方案科，有良好的方案演示及呈现能力；

-对数据敏感，熟练使用office、EXCEL等办公软件；

-应变、表达能力强，学习能力突出；

-积极主动，不怕挫折，能承受较大压力。
