我们的客户是一家全球顶级的欧美工程公司，中国区总部在上海，该职位为中国区最高负责人的助手，希望有一定的法律和财务的基本知识。公司业务涉及工程，设计，开发等方面；知名项目例如宜家等均为该公司总包。

Position: Project Leader/Executive Assistant to GM
Report to:GM（CEO）
Location:Shanghai

Job Requirements:
1. Provide various business analyses, quickly identify problems and suggest areas for improvement along with possible solutions to meet business requirements;
2. closely monitor, proactively coordinate with departments to achieve company's targets and objectives.
3. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations and manuals related to proposed solution.
4. Assist GM with analyze monthly reports to align HQ's requirements.
5. Support and coordinate management meeting, taking meeting minutes and follow up.
6. Able to deal with emergency issues independently or takes initiative measures when GM is out of the office.
7. Coordinates other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree with technical background, major in automation or mechanical, having overseas education background is a plus.
2. Min. 5 years related working experiences in foreign or multinational company. Male is preferred.
3. Conscientious, well-organized, down-to-earth, and with good language organizational skills.
4. Fluent English in both oral and written.
5. Good command of MS office skills, especially in PPT and Excel.
6. Accepting arrangements and having the ability to work under pressure.
