Main Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for marketing and sales activities in national auto painting industry
2. Make the marketing research and consumer insights in auto painting industry
3. Set up business development strategy for short term and long term
4. Accomplish sales budget and goals that the company set up for this segment
5. Maintain and Develops key accounts, take action to keep solid relationship
6. Develop and manage the distributor and dealer to build up the effective channels
7. Coordinate with related departments for presales activities, and take role of as a solution business
leader in front of customer
8. Liaise with other related sales team in other sister companies of Camfil Farr Group
9. Prepare sales presentation to create product understanding and awareness
10. Organize the related exhibition, seminar as brand activation

Requirements:
1. Diploma or bachelor degree,master preferred.
2. At least 5~10 years working in relevant industry as auto painting,consumable materials, air conditioner.
Proven track records in corporate sales in air conditioner, working in MNE preferred
3. Achieve successful experience in promoting and growing a business, exploit new market
4. A good team player and have a positive attitude and innovative problem solving skills
5. Good command of English both oral and written
