职位描述
· Degree in IT
· Working knowledge in SQL (Structured Query Language)
· Working knowledge in Hardware, Software, and Network troubleshooting (Windows platforms)
· Data mining will be an integral part of the job where it will involve performing detailed queries, identifying any problems that may arise and generating various reports for mid and upper management;
· Administer and support the company’s business applications;
· Ability to work in a busy and fast moving environment;
· Strong analytical skills where applying business sense in all aspects is very crucial;
· Technical support experience dealing with different levels of users
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese (is a must);
