Role and Responsibilities 职位描述 ：

？ Located in Beijing and responsible for north China;

？ Responsible for the implementation of specific product service programs under the guidance of the Operation Manager；

？ Performs installation, repair and service on our products. Works directly with end-users and distributors to return product to functional working condition.

？ Provides technical guidance, training and assistance to distributor and end-user service personnel.

？ Works with regional Sales personnel achieve high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Builds and maintains positive working relationship with end-user and distributor product service personnel.

？ Provides technical assistance and trouble shooting on our systems via telephone with technical personnel at customer and distributor sites.

？ Supplies active support to the Regional Sales teams. Assisting in Marketing exhibition & sales-lead generation, product demonstrations, in-service training and other related activities.

？ Together with order-processing personal to manage replacement part inventory and the procurement of required replacement parts.

Skills技能:

？ 3~5years’ repair experiences in foreign-enterprises; 2years’ experiences in repairing X-ray medical equipment(Mobile C-arm X-ray equipment is preferred). 3~5年外企维修工作经验，2年维修医疗X-射线机的工作经验（移动式C臂X-射线机的经验为佳）

？ good oral& written English at least CET4; solid communication skill; have comprehension capacity to be trained in German HQ;较好的口头及书面英语，英语四级以上；良好的沟通能力；较好的英语听力理解能力以适合在德国接受维修培训；

？ Hard working attitude; team-work player; 吃苦耐劳的敬业精神及团队精神；

Education background学历及专业要求:
