Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Finance Service Centers to complete the closing tasks smoothly and timely;
Review GL account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of the accounting transactions;
Prepare and process the general ledger adjustments to ensure compliance with PRC accounting standards and DuPont accounting policies;
Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statement analysis for management review and reporting compliance purposes;
Engage and participate in the corporate and business initiatives;
Assist the Controller to improve effectiveness and efficiency of SOX control processes and support internal and external audit programs;
Take ad-hoc tasks assigned by Controller

Qualifications:

University graduate or above, major in accounting or finance;
Minimum 5 years financial accounting experience in MNC or Big 4 firms, ACCA or CPA certification is preferred;
Proficient in using ERP system and various MS-Office software, SAP experience is preferred.
Hardworking, pro-active and self-motivated;
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of English and Mandarin both verbal and writing
