Essential Responsibilities

• Executes the aviation structural analysis work with assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.(使用合适的工程准则进行航空结构件分析，分析应遵循行业标准，设计准则，设计流程以及项目需求)
• Documents technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.（按照工程准则和流程来记录数据）
• Provides timely communications with people from design, system，program and customer;（与设计，系统,项目管理人员以及客户进行及时沟通）
• Participates on organizational initiatives and generic issues. （参与公司日常事务）
• Participates as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews. （作为演示者或评审者参与项目和技术评估会议）

Other Responsibility: Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance and Expectations: To ensure your 100% compliance with the Safe Production Law of P.R. China and with GE's EHS Policy (20.3), all CTC employees must: understand and comply with CTC's EHS Policy, safety instructions and established job specific safety procedures and rules; correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE); obey PPE signals; complete applicable EHS training; participate in accident, injury & illness prevention activities; enhance their knowledge of risk mitigation and emergency response skills ; and timely report near-miss cases, unsafe conditions and acts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Majored in Mechanical or Mechanics, Master degree or above (机械或力学相关专业硕士及以上学历者)
• Be familiar with FEA software, PATRAN and NASTRAN preferred (精通并熟练应用有限元分析软件(PATRAN 和NASTRAN等)）
• Be Experienced with mechanical structural analysis (static and F&DT); (具有机械结构静强度以及疲劳和损伤容限分析经验)
• Strong mechanics knowledge, could conduct conventional/hand calculation for given mechanics problem (有扎实的力学理论基础，能对给定力学结构进行简化计算)
• Be integrity and compliance (为人正直诚信)
• Good oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and in English (具有良好的口语和书面沟通能力)
• Good team player, could work independently and work under pressure (具有团队合作精神及独立工作能力，并能够承受工作压力)
• Good self-learning and self-coaching skills (自我学习能力强)
• To be active and accountable (有积极进取精神，并且勇于承担责任）
• To be confident to express and sale idea and opinions (能够自信表达和推广自己的观点）

Desired Characteristics

• 5 years of experience on engineering; （5年以上工程经验）
• Experience with aircraft/engine structures; （有飞机或发动机结构经验）
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills； （优秀的沟通技巧）
• Be experienced on both metalic and composite material structures; (具有金属和复合材料的结构分析经验)
• Be experienced on test and analysis-test correlation; (具有试验和试验分析对照分析的经验)
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement productivity and cost reduction opportunities in product design;（能够在设计中采用自动化流程来提高效率）
