工作内容及主要职责 / Job description and responsibilities
？ 任务 / Tasks
o 审核公司员工报销的发票，以确保符合公司报销的规章制度；Audit employee reimbursement invoices to ensure they compliance with accounting regulation;
o 负责日常现金银行收付的出纳工作(包括去银行处理收汇付汇工作)以及在BaaN系统生成相应的现金，银行凭证，并负责月底现金银行对账工作 / Be responsible for processing daily cash and bank AR/AP and related vouchers, finish monthly cash and bank reconciliation;
o 负责进项税额认证抵扣，购买空白发票、增值税发票的开具和保管。/ Be responsible VAT invoice verification, purchasing, issuing and filling VAT invoices;
o 每月统计报表数据录入工作/ Monthly statistics report data entry;
o 财务凭证资料装订归档 / Financial voucher and related documents filling.
o 完成上级指派的其他工作 / other tasks required by superior.
职位要求 / Requirements
？ 专业技能 / Professional skills
o 财会专业大专或本科学历 / Junior college or bachelor degree of Finance, accounting or Business Management
o 1-2年相关工作经验或熟悉ERP系统优先 / 1-2 years accounting experience, skilled in using ERP system is prefer;
o 有外币收付经验优先 / experience in foreign currency AP/AR is prefer;
o 熟练使用办公软件,尤其是Excel,Word,PPT / excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PPT;
o 具备会计从业资格证书/ Certifications of accounting is must;
o 诚实可靠，工作细心，有团队合作精神 / Good communication skill and self-motivated. Honest, sense of responsibility and team spirit
