Our client, one of the China Leading Property Developer, looking for one Leasing and Operation GM to look after all the mix used projects across China. This position will be station in Beijing.

To apply this job, you will be full responsible to manage the existing and future self owned mix-used projects in China. As the General Manager, you will provide a wide range of duties and will incorporate strategic advise and work covering leasing, property management, property operations, tenant mix, and coordinate with the project management teams. The position also required you to understand the market information, develop and implement the Operation Standards for the property management to bring added-value to company assets. You will be leading a team of operational and leasing staff to ensure performance efficiency and effectiveness as well as meeting the needs of our customers.
To apply this role, you will need to hold a degree with at least 12 years experiences with a proven track record in China especially in leasing and property management. The job needs someone to be very hands on and has the strong experiences in management of large scale projects. To be a successfully candidate, you must be strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong capability to response to unexpected situation. This position requires to station in Beijing.
