Responsibility:
1. Coordinate with General manager to deal with daily duty.
2. Work with all department to make sure the company is running in a right direction.
3. Arrange the meeting for GM and make the record for the meeting.
4. Communicate with headquarter in US and get feed back to GM if needed.
5. Make the itinerary for GM and get flight and hotel reserved.
6. Arrange the office supplies and all executive staffs.
7. All other tasks from GM.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Fluent English in speaking, writing, reading.
