The Audit Manager/ supervisor assists the firm in meeting its business objectives by identifying business risks, maintaining the control environment, and advising on opportunities for process improvement.

- Developing risk management objectives and audit programs;
- Completing operational, financial, and compliance audits in accordance with the audit plan and professional standards;
- Providing practical, value-added recommendations to improve risk management and control practices as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations;
- Preparing audit reports, including the evaluation of risk management, governance, and control activities;
- Assisting in the administration of the Firm's Enterprise Risk Assessment program;
- Providing consulting services to business management leading to improvements in the control environment or operational effectiveness;


Requirements:
- B.A. / B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
- CPA preferred
- An understanding of the investment management business, business processes and related risk implications
- Knowledge of software development, data security and technology infrastructure
- Financial product knowledge, including knowledge of equities, swaps, futures etc
- Knowledge of the enterprise risk management discipline
