RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Perform all standard test and non-standard tests
2. Operate and maintain test equipment
3. Document observation and results working with Reliability Engineer to analyze data
4. Monitor equipment, collect data, and insure test specimen is operating within the defined specifications
5. Ensure test specimen is operating properly offer suggestions to troubleshoot design
6. Maintain all test documentation & reports generated from testing
7. Maintain a working knowledge of the certification testing for Moen products
8. Work directly with Reliability Engineers within Moen requiring testing
9. Implement testing procedures that ensure timely, accurate test results, design reliability, and satisfaction of all certification requirements
10. Follow test procedures and verbal instructions
11. Ability to use hand tools and install plumbing related products
12. Work with computer programs
13. Work with machinist to develop test fixtures as required for assigned projects
14. Perform within a strong team often cross-functional environment
15. Participate on and contribute to development projects on the Design Quality Teams
16. Assist in designing and building of new test fixtures, equipment, and systems. This includes incorporation of all instrumentation, data acquisition, and control.
17. Maintenance on test equipment as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS：
1. Bachelor of Science, major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Can communicate with English both in verbal and written
3. Working knowledge of test systems (electronic/electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic, etc)
4. Working knowledge of test instrumentation, computer control and electronic data acquisition
5. Fluent with standard PC tools (i.e. word processor, spreadsheets, database, etc) Microsoft software and IBM hardware preferred.
6. Skilled with tools and equipment
7. Excellent problem solving skills
