电商产品运营总监/产品项目高级经理-促销/优惠券管理（有电子商务/互联网经验优先）

工作职责：

1. 负责公司网上商城的运营和线上品牌推广，对团队人员进行指导、培训及绩效管理；
2. 根据销售目标制定产品计划，针对公司的产品在库龄以及销量上进行逐一分析，并及时制定解决方案；
3. 在运营过程中的需求，结合本平台的特点，策划相关的店铺营销工具，如优惠券、限时折扣等；
4. 负责所有产品线品类年、季、月整合营销规划、实施、监控、分析；
5. 数据库营销， SEO/SEM, 会员管理，促销管理与分析，优化网站规划和可用性；
6. 负责根据公司产品特色和促销活动,进行有针对性的营销推广；
7. 协助开放式平台的运营，关注用户体验，从用户行为数据中发现并解决产品问题；
8. 参与公司未来的核心战略规划，向公司高层提供产品策略建议。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具有三年以上电子商务/互联网行业经验；
2. 两年以上团队管理经验，有大型产品项目管理经验者优先；
3. 了解电商营销活动的规则和活动，对优惠券、积分、广告等市场有经验；
4. 熟知竞争对手或产品的各种信息，如策略、活动、推广资料等，进行市场调研；
5. 具有良好的统筹协调能力，具有敏锐的思维和创新能力，思维开阔，积极主动的工作态度。
