Technical Manager/技术经理(打样/制版)-制衣行业优先

岗位职责：

1. 指导、监督、检查、考核板房各岗位职责的执行情况，掌握与记录工作情况与数据，按照实际下达的生产指标和质量指标，按时保质保量完成生产任务；
2. 根据公司品牌服装设计、定位，拟定部门目标及实施计划，并按节点检测完成；
3. 熟悉制衣工艺流程及各类布料特性，按款式与面料对版型做出合适调整；
4. 负责纸样、样衣成品、制单工艺技术资料的审核，解决工艺难题；
5. 控制板房的生产进度和秩序，负责全面管理板房的人、财、物，处理板房的一切事务；
6. 负责对接设计部、生产部的工作，公司内部与产品开发生产相关的职能部门间的协调工作；
7. 制定培训计划，不断提升部门员工的综合性素质和专业技能；
8. 跟进控制版房的生产进度和品质状况，合理调度板房的人力分配；
9. 提交公司技术改进合理方案，并组织有效执行；
10. 定期对纸样师进行技能培训，提高版房整体技能水平；
11. 熟练运用目标管理、时间管理、团队管理等方法监控目标计划与实施方案，版房制度及人员管理等工作。

岗位要求：

1. 8年以上品牌服装制版工作经验，至少3年以上版房管理经验；
2. 熟悉内衣、家居服、服装等系列产品的制版及相关工艺，并能独立制作内衣样版；
3. 熟悉内衣、家居服、服装等系列产品的生产流程，并能对生产工艺进行指导与管控；
4. 品德良好，有较强的责任心和吃苦耐劳的精神；
5. 有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力。
