职位描述
-To lead and coach Customer Contact Service Management Team in providing good quality customer services;
-To lead and coach Order Processing Management Team so as to make sure all incoming orders can be timely & correctly processed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
-To lead and coach Customer Contact Service Team in providing good quality customer services;
-To lead and coach Order Processing Management Team so as to make sure all incoming orders can be timely & correctly processed;
-To work with HK CS team, HR on resources planning, recruitment & training;
-To develop team spirits and enhance morale by providing guidance, support and training for the teammates;
-To set high clear performance standards for the team, review & give feedback periodically;
-To support/assist subordinates in seeking ways to improve skills and performance;
-To maintain and enhance team performance to meet customer expectation;
-To develop capable, internal successors for all key roles;
-To ensure all employees participate company-organized training on ISO9001, FSC and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
-At least 4 years experience in marketing, customer service or merchandising, 3 years supervisory experience is a MUST;
-Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
-Able to work under great pressure.

-Excellent communication skill;
-Good leadership skills to lead the team to achieve challenging goals;
-Adapt & respond rapidly to unexpected business changes;
-Focus on customers;
-Build relationship;
-Analyze problems/issues;
-Establish plans & drive for results;
-Delegate and monitor, good judgment;
-Engage and inspire.
