岗位职责:
任职资格:
一、策略执行与制度推广
1、贯彻执行《友邦中国区NPA人才计划》和《友邦中国区星生代（Gen Y）人才计划》
2、推广中国区有关人力发展的相关竞赛和活动
3、制定落实友邦广东新人留存的奖励方案和重点工作举措
4、定期完成新人留存状况报告，为管理层提供决策参考
二、平台搭建
1、协助组织人力发展周、月、季度例会，搭建完善总、省及机构的新人留存会汇报平台
2、通过微信和人力发展专刊等形式，搭建完善总、省及机构的资讯分享平台
3、通过组织精英巡讲团和岗位人员交流活动等形式，搭建完善总、省及机构的活动交流平台
三、后台支持
1、整合并修订现有人力报表，建立新人留存报表体系
2、设计开发新人留存配套工具并对使用效果进行追踪评估
3、有关新人留存的日常行政事务
四、部门主管分配的其它工作
任职资格:
? 大学本科学历，保险专业或市场营销专业优先
? 5年以上个险从业经历，有增员留存/ 培训或新人育成/ 保险营销管理相关经验
? 良好的项目策划与组织管理能力
? 积极主动，拥有良好的人际沟通能力和演讲技巧，具备团队合作精神
? 熟练操作电脑办公Office软件
