Job Summary

Supports and enhances overall UL experience for internal and external customers. Provides general customer service and administrative support. Responds to general requests from customers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and develops customer relationship
- Identifies customer needs and meets customer requirements
- Handles customer inquiries and resolves problems
- Follows up on customer concerns
- Maintains customer database by operating multi systems
- Deals with customer complaints

Requirements:

- College diploma or above
- At least one year of external customer service experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in Call Center is preferable
