职位描述

Job Summary / Job Purpose

The incumbent, under the supervision of Share Service Team Leader, provides efficient centralized HR services in administration of on-boarding/off-boarding process, intern recruitment & management, HRIS database maintenance, internal/regulatory reporting, service vendor management, staff file management, and other assigned areas. The incumbent need to strive to operational excellence by simplifying / streamlining respective process related to the employment cycle.

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks

? Administer and achieve operation efficiency of the employment procedure such as staff in and out, transfers, reference check, application and termination of work permit and resident permit, etc, ensure employment/termination formalities are completed in a timely manner.
? Be the owner of on-boarding and off-boarding policies and procedures with timely enhancement to ensure proper procedures are in place and control points are set to prevent operational risk.
? Responsible for HRIS management, effective use of HR systems, control system access, achieve operational excellence, streamlined process, and minimize operational risk
? Responsible for internal and regulatory reporting, which as reference for reviewing the effectiveness of HR services, as well as for planning of various new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of different HR programs
? Participate/lead various HR projects: HR transformation / centralization / process efficiency, etc.
? Participate the control of operational risk and coordinate the use of control system; support the maintenance and enhancement of business continuity plans.
? Supervise intern recruitment and management. Support campus program as required.
? Together with HRBP, take staff file management responsibility
? Manage HR service vendor to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery (work permit, moving, reference check vendor, HR agency, etc)
? Supervise general administrative support for the department.
? Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the management for improving the department’s service level and work quality.


Candidate Profile

Academic Background
(degree and major) University graduate with Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management is a plus

Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know how
? At least 6 years relevant experiences in human resources function from reputable multinational companies
? Good know-how of best market practice on HR operation efficiency, familiar with labour law and local government regulations and policies.
? Experience on HRIS is an advantage
Skills & Competencies Strong analytical skill, team player, process and result oriented.

Good sense of operational risk management
Language Skills Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
Computer Skill Good command of MS Office application, especially Excel/PPT.

Others if any
Able to travel as required

Internal & External Business Relationship (if applicable)
? Keep good working relationship within HR team (including APAC region) and other non-HR departments
? Monitor external HR vendor to provide a high quality service to the bank and staff
