Responsibilities:
1. To support the production on a daily basis, by stepping in for supporting and solving daily issues,make sure that the production runs smoothly.
2. In charge of the products/technical jobs regarding all the certificates of CCC, UL，CSA,CE, etc. Support quality department with annual/quarterly audit and new certificates application & the changes application for existing certificates, ensure all products are compliant to requirements. .
3. Act as a link between the headquarters in Esslingen and the factory in Shenzhen for any related Supply chain topics.
4. Take part in planning and implementing the introduction of new gear motor types in China.
5. Continuous improvement for all the processes, from storage locations, through the flow of parts until the final assembly and testing….
6. Identify areas in the production which need to be improved/changed/modified and gather a team to conduct a kaizen event.
7. Handle customer complaints and after sales service quality problem. Support customers on site when necessary.


Position Qualification:
1.5 years working experience. College degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering.
2.Have good communication skill and teamwork spirit
3.Familiar with ERP and quality system of ISO14001/9001/TS16949
4.Must be able to act and decide under pressure and emergencies (with superior approval if needed)
5.Strong continuous improvement mindset, always trying to improve things at all levels (administrative, assembly, logistics….)
6.Able to be proactive, dynamic and adaptable at any situation
7.Know well and implement in daily basis with lean production tools
8.Be very structured work wise.
9.Chinese and English: Good spoken and written skills.
