Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Release export booking service. Daily E-mail checking and response.
2.CY, release voucher for late come application. Cargo movement tracing with destination offices.
3.Apply space and stowage for the special shipments. Arrange PTI for RF shipments.
4.Liaise with EQ department and feeder agents to arrange the empty repositioning for PRD shipment.
5.Announce all updated notices and guidelines to clients, such as vessel schedule, tariff change, etc.
6.Prepare COV letter to shippers for roll over shipment. Send out cross week/month report for VIP accounts, if need.
7.Inform shippers for the short shipped shipments, update booking datas in line with shiper’s request.
8.Cooperate with Accounting department to check the outstanding shipments, input DEM, DET deduction and free DET at destination application.
9.Support sales for the E-booking promotion, booking prospect collection and update the missing rate shipments in system.
10.S/O, customer list, NVOCC licence filing.


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 2 years working experience working in customer service of shipping industry;
- Good communication skills, good skills in handling clients' complaints, customer-oriented and outgoing;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, CET 6 is preferred. Good PC skills and presentation capabilities;
- Be conscientious, diligent and hardworking.
