职位描述
Key Individual Accountabilities:
？Responsible for the region specific commercial (go-to-market and customer-reach) strategy and implementation planning according to the defined Division and Business Area strategy.
？Collect and monitor regional market & competitor activities be used for BA/BF product development with support from Field Marketing.
？Supports development of Asia strategy within the framework of Division and BA strategy.
？Supports BAs and Div. BD in technical and commercial due diligence for external opportunities
？Provides key analytics to country and sub-region teams to assess market opportunities and sales performance compared to external indicators.
？Manage Segment Marketing initiatives & activities to empower cross selling in the region and build one Lab image in key selective segment.
？Investigate key selective segment dynamics and provide insight to sales & field marketing team.
Qualifications:
？ Business knowledge of Merck Millipore markets, including products, strategy, commercial + innovation processes
？ Experience in alliance and partnership management & M&A
？ Experience in a sales or marketing role preferred
？ Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
？ Presence and ability to navigate corporate matrix
？ Demonstrated excellence in relationship building and negotiation strategies and ability to influence, network, and sell challenging concepts during high-stakes situations.
？ Ability to develop and lead without direct authority and reporting line. Influence without authority.
？ Understanding and ability to work effectively in divergent cultural environments across Asia region
？ Demonstrated proficiency and excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, leading in matrix environments
？ Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions to achieve the common goal.
